Mike combines book smarts with the experience of years of intense training to give his clients the best possible training session.  They not only get a workout, but a mental workout as they learn more about the human body.  Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science, over 10 years of lifting experience and 6 years of powerlifting experience.  Mike delves deep into the inner workings of the human body, not only will you leave more educated, you will learn:

-Proper movement patterns

-How to reduce or eliminate the chance or injury

-How to stimulate a muscle to its fullest

-Work around pre-existing injuries or even overcome them

-How to push your body to the limit without fear of injury

It is not uncommon for his clients to hit new personal records on their first day training with him, as well as being more mobile as result of fixing their weaknesses and being taught how to move properly.
