Brandon Yang

Brandon is an extremely versatile trainer with experience  in many different areas, including bodybuilding, general fitness and weight loss, athletic/sports performance, and nutrition. He has a degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA, and is also pursuing his CSCS.

Connor Karwowski

Connor specializes in strength training for performance across all sports. He currently holds certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA.

Mike Pueschner

Mike’s areas of expertise include weight training, strength & size training, weight management, bodybuilding, and nutrition.

Jake Ninneman

Jake is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who competes at the national level in Weightlifting competitions and specifically specializes in coaching Olympic Lifting.
